Job summary

• Minimum 2.1 degree from a top university.
• M&A and/or Financial Due Diligence experience, fintech/tech preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical and project management skills.
• High interpersonal skills to work across multidisciplinary teams and with advisers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in the execution of M&A transactions, including takeovers, acquisitions, divestitures and other related activities.
• Assisting with preparation of marketing and pitching specific M&A ideas
• Assistance in preparing financial and valuation models in relation to potential transactions.
• Conducting industry research
• Identifying and contacting potential buyers or acquisition targets
• Drafting and providing input to relevant transaction documents.
