Job summary

An international law firm is seeking a Knowledge Management Lawyer to support its FinTech practice. This client-facing role blends legal expertise, regulatory monitoring, and innovation to deliver market insights and embed AI tools across the firm.

You will collaborate with partners, engage with industry regulators, and shape policy responses while driving knowledge resources and AI-enabled workflows in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• England & Wales qualified solicitor.
• Ideally 5+ years' PQE in a leading FinTech practice.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain complex legal and regulatory concepts clearly.
• Demonstrable interest in innovation, legal technology, and AI.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing complex initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge & Thought Leadership: identify knowledge needs and deliver tailored insights; produce client alerts, updates and thought leadership; maintain knowledge resources.
• Regulatory & Market Intelligence: monitor legal, regulatory, and market developments in FinTech; translate into actionable guidance; participate in industry forums.
• Policy & Stakeholder Engagement: engage with regulators and policy bodies; draft consultations; shape engagement strategy.
• Innovation & AI Strategy: drive AI adoption and legal tech; collaborate with innovation and tech teams to improve workflows.
