Corpay One, Inc. in London is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join the Cross Border team. You will support a broad range of commercial matters, draft and review agreements, and collaborate with Compliance, Risk, HR, Finance, Product, and Operations to manage legal risk.

The role reports to the General Counsel and offers hands-on training, exposure to complex regulatory matters, and a fast-paced fintech environment. Office-based in London Moorgate.

Formación

• 1-3 years PQE in a legal role.
• Ability to prioritize multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Handle BAU tasks: NDAs, T&Cs, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
• Support senior counsel on large matters including lending, derivatives, disputes.
• Identify legal risks and provide actionable recommendations.
