Job Overview

Role: FinOps Analyst
Location: Remote, UK
Length: 6 Months
IR35: Outside
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced FinOps Analyst to assist on a key project that will need urgent cover. The successful applicant must have prior commercial experience within FinOps.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in finance, cloud operations, or cost optimisation within technology-driven environments.
• Hands‑on experience with leading cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure, along with FinOps tools such as CloudHealth, Cloudability, or native cost management solutions.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Skilled in managing integration and migration initiatives across cloud and financial systems.
• Solid understanding of financial planning principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and modelling for both OPEX and CAPEX.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively translate financial insights for technical stakeholders and vice versa.
