We're recruiting a Finishing Operative for a globally recognised aerospace manufacturer in Denham. You'll be working on aviation safety systems for fighter jets - precision work in a company with full order books stretching 10+ years ahead.

What you'll be doing:
  • Masking and unmasking components for paint processes
  • Shot blasting and abrasive cleaning to prepare surfaces
  • Operating vibratory finishing and barrel tumbling equipment
  • Quality checking painted surfaces and finished components
  • Working to engineering drawings and process specifications
What you need:
  • Basic manufacturing or engineering background
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (training provided)
  • Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Understanding of H&S procedures and quality standards
  • GCSE grades D-G or equivalent
  • Experience in finishing processes is ideal, but training can be provided for the right person with a solid manufacturing foundation.
