Qualifications

• Experience as Finishing Manager or Finishing Foreman on construction projects.
• Experience on steel frame builds or similar projects.
• SSSTS certification is essential.
• Knowledge of finishing trades, snagging and handover procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate works.
• Understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Relevant construction experience and references.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finishing stages of the build, coordinating subcontractors and trades, and ensuring works are completed safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
