Overview

I'm working with a national PLC developer who is looking for a Finishing Foreman to join their team in Hertfordshire.

The essentials:

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 2 months (potential for extension - multi-phased project)
• Rate: £225 per day CIS (£25 per hour, 9 hours per day)

The role

• Creating and managing snag lists for both private and HA units

Who we need

• A Finishing Foreman with proven experience on new build residential schemes
• Someone organised, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with site teams and subcontractors
• Current CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are ideal, CSCS as a minimum
