A premier luxury department store in London is seeking a Brand Manager for its Fine Watches Division. The successful candidate will lead a team to achieve sales and service excellence, engage with clients, and maintain high operational standards. With a focus on coaching and motivating staff, the role also includes sales analysis and collaboration with Buyers. As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for achieving your brand's sales and service objectives by inspiring, motivating, and developing your team. You’ll lead by example, setting clear expectations and ensuring the highest luxury retail standards are met at all times. This is a busy, active role where you’ll be on your feet throughout the day, moving across the shop floor and engaging with customers. Your role will combine leadership, clientelling, and commercial focus – from coaching your team to deliver outstanding service, to analysing sales performance and working closely with Buyers and the brand itself on product assortment and opportunities. You will also take responsibility for operational excellence, including stock control, inventory, compliance, and supporting brand events and activations.
