About The Role

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for achieving your brand’s sales and service objectives by inspiring, motivating, and developing your team. You’ll lead by example, setting clear expectations and ensuring the highest luxury retail standards are met at all times.

Your role will combine leadership, clientelling, and commercial focus – from coaching your team to deliver outstanding service, to analysing sales performance and working closely with Buyers and the brand itself on product assortment and opportunities. You’ll also take responsibility for operational excellence, including stock control, inventory, compliance, and supporting with brand events and activations.

Key responsibilities
  • Driving sales and service performance for your brand, ensuring all targets and KPIs are achieved
  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver world-class customer experiences
  • Proactively building client relationships and encouraging your team to engage in clientelling to drive repeat business
  • Monitoring sales trends and writing regular trade reports, including insights on footfall, pipeline leads, and clientelling activity
  • Working closely with Buyers, Retail Managers, and brand representatives to influence assortment and share feedback on product performance
  • Managing stock integrity, including regular PI counts, condition checks, and repairs
  • Maintaining operational standards across merchandising, compliance, and inventory control
  • Supporting and participating in brand events, ensuring suitable clients are invited and hosted to the highest standard

This role is based at our Knightsbridge store and requires flexibility to work five days out of seven, including weekends.

About You

You’ll be an ambitious and results-driven retail professional with proven experience in luxury sales and team leadership. Passionate about jewellery and high-end retail, you’ll combine strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Have experience in a luxury retail environment, ideally within jewellery, watches, or premium fashion
  • Be confident leading by example, coaching and motivating your team to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Be commercially minded, confident analysing performance data and making informed decisions to drive results
  • Be highly organised and detail-focused, with experience managing stock, compliance and operational procedures
  • Have a strong clientelling mindset and a genuine passion for building lasting customer relationships
  • Be flexible, resilient, and motivated to deliver excellence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
