Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Waiter/Waitress to support Restaurant Associates on a part-time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week. You will craft drinks and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

During shifts, you’ll work evenings across Mon-Thu, providing high-quality bar service, maintaining standards, and ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests while representing the Compass Group brand.

Responsibilities

• Preparing drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers.
• Maintaining an effective bar service with high-quality, efficient service.
• Keeping the bar area clean.
• Having a perfect knowledge of all beverages served and how they should be presented.
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards).
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator.
• Representing Restaurant Associates and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
