Job summary

Falmouth University seeks Associate Lecturers in Fine Art to teach and assess studio and theory-based delivery across all three years. Roles are fixed-term, part-time, hourly paid, based at the Falmouth campus with some large group lectures and seminars.

The ideal candidate will be a practising contemporary artist with active exhibition and practice-based research, able to contribute to studio-based teaching for Years 2 and 3, and possess strong communication, digital literacy, and industry

• Understanding the principles and practicalities of face-to-face and online learning.
• Strong connections with industry and professional practice.
• Excellent digital literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach and assess both studio and theory-based delivery across all three years of the subject.
• Contribute directly to studio-based teaching on BA Fine Art at Years 2 and 3.
• Based at the Falmouth Campus with some larger group lectures and critical studies seminars.
