The Treasury Technology team will be based across India and UK, part of a wider Finance systems engineering team. You will be joining the UK team where you will focus on enhancing the treasury system with a wider roadmap for developing alongside the strategic solution of Findur. The India team will focus on maintaining and running the current solutions in place.

You will be responsible for
  • Perform a leading role key system projects including major system and infrastructure changes, such as upgrades and change programmes
  • Subject matter expert for the Treasury system and interfaces on all relevant projects and change initiatives ensuring that all functional and system requirements are taken into consideration during specification and implementation
  • Be able to come up with various solutions on infrastructure and applications
  • Provide specialist level configuration and functional knowledge in designing Treasury solutions within Treasury Management System
  • Ensure that all projects impacting on the Treasury systems are performed in an appropriate manner, including appropriate degrees of testing, data validation and end-to-end process simulation
  • Maintain and execute list of change requests taking into consideration business requirements, developing solution, testing, deployment guide and following Tesco change approval and deployment processes
  • Experience in code repositories like Git-HUB and Ticketing Tool Jira
  • Understanding of project methodologies and deliverable frameworks such as Agile, Scrum etc
  • Facilitating the Front office/Middle office/Back office /Accounting teams by assisting them with Findur issues, operation issues and analyse system issues and take corrective actions while working through programme deliverables
  • Maintain comprehensive and up to date documentation for the system architecture, troubleshooting activity and highlighting where Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) may need updating
  • Testing End of Day (EoD) process is runs successfully by reviewing the logs and taking necessary actions and actively monitoring scheduled jobs/activities through change management processes
You will need
  • Knowledge of configuration and data structure of Openlink Findur/Endur Treasury Management System (TMS). Experience in Findur would be a significant advantage.
  • Hands‑on Findur on experience with financial instruments including, but not limited to, Cash, Foreign Exchange, Bonds and Loans
  • Experience in various Openlink Findur modules/functionality including Trading Explorer, Referential Data, Market Manager/Explorer, Services Manager, Trade Process Management (TPM), Accounting, Back Office Desktop and Report Builder.
  • Experience in working on large scale system projects such as system upgrades, maintenance releases and major systems change (new modules, interfaces, functionality etc)
  • Must be able to analyse, debug, and resolve application and/or technical system related issues
  • Understanding of systems architecture (Database, Application, Presentation and Network layers)
  • Analyse and customise Openlink Findur using AVS, JVS and MS SQL Server
  • High level of interpersonal skills to enable effective communication with business, IT teams and vendors
  • Should understand business requirements, fit=gap analysis and preparation of functional design documents
  • Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes through optimal use of Treasury systems
  • Experience in tools like Eclipse (Luna, Mars), MSSQL server 20xx
