Job summary

Hunter Bond, a leading banking client, seeks a VP-level professional to own the Financial Crime Transaction Monitoring Platform in London, with good work-from-home options available. You will lead the design, development, architectural evolution and delivery of the FinCrime product, delivering strong technical leadership and service ownership to mature the capability for the region.

This role focuses on strategy, operational excellence, regulatory compliance and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

• Strong experience on Transaction Monitoring systems (NICE Actimize, etc).
• ETL, data extraction and analysis using SQL.
• Good understanding of Data warehousing environments.
• Previous experience or desire to manage a small team.

Our leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to take responsibility for the Financial Crime Transaction Monitoring Platform. You'll run the design, development, architectural evolution and delivery of their leading FinCrime product, bringing strong technical expertise, leadership and service ownership to mature the capability for the region.

This is a brilliant opportunity to lead the strategy, service ownership and operational excellence of their FinCrime product, driving transformation, enabling regulatory compliance and enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

The following skills/experience is essential:

• Strong technical experience on Transaction Monitoring systems (NICE Actimize, etc)
• Solid experience in ETL, data extraction and analysis using SQL.
• Good understanding of Data warehousing environments.

Salary: Up to £130,000 + bonus + package
