HSBC Innovation Bank Limited in London seeks a Governance & FC Policy Coordination lead to manage assessment, adoption and implementation of Financial Crime procedures. You will coordinate with policy owners, second-line risk teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant changes across the BFCR framework.

Hybrid work in London, two days in the office, with strong focus on governance, documentation, and evidence of completion. Relevant experience in regulated environments is essential.

Formación

• Experience coordinating policy or procedure changes in a regulated organisation.
• Practical knowledge of CDD/KYC within onboarding, reviews, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to assess operational impacts of FC policy changes and seek regulatory guidance when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate HINV’s governance framework for FC changes and approvals.
• Assess forthcoming FC policy changes with relevant risk and procedure owners.
• Produce clear summaries of changes, actions, and completion evidence; track owners and due dates.
