What your days will look like
  • Lead recruitment for a senior Director role focused on high net worth and private equity clients.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities and client relationships alongside senior Private Client leaders.
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio and advise on complex tax matters, staying current with legislation.
  • Mentor team members, deliver client sessions, and collaborate across teams to ensure project success.
This role is for you if
  • Deliver complex tax planning and advisory projects, often involving international issues, trusts, and transactions.
  • Conduct technical research and draft tailored reports based on legislation and client-specific needs.
  • Lead client relationships by managing deliverables, resolving queries, and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Review personal and trust tax returns, identifying potential planning opportunities.
  • Mentor junior staff and collaborate across teams to share expertise and manage workstreams.
  • Build internal networks and work with wider financial and corporate tax teams to support business growth.
