Job description
Financial Services Administrator - Wealth Management

Wakefield | £25,000-£27,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We're working with a respected and growing wealth management firm in Wakefield that's part of a national advisory network. They're looking for an experienced administrator who's ready to take ownership of client processes, support advisers directly, and deepen their technical knowledge in financial planning.

This is a brilliant next step for someone with 2+ years in financial services admin - especially if you've worked in a regulated environment and want to build toward paraplanning or compliance.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing client onboarding and investment transactions with accuracy and care.
  • Liaising with providers and clients to gather key information and resolve queries.
  • Supporting advisers with meeting prep, reports, and CRM updates (Salesforce).
  • Handling technical calculations like critical yield and IHT allowances.
  • Contributing to process improvements and compliance best practice.
What you'll bring:
  • At least 2 years' experience in financial services admin (SJP experience a plus).
  • Strong working knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance standards.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • A collaborative attitude and desire to grow within the role.
What's on offer:
  • £25,000 base salary with clear progression pathways.
  • Up to 15% bonus (10% production + 5% performance).
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + appraisal reward day.
  • Pension & life assurance (4x salary).
  • Supportive team culture with structured development.

If you're ready to step into a more technical, adviser-facing role, and want to be part of a firm that values precision and progression - we'd love to hear from you.
