Dealing Admin Associate

Location: Bristol - onsite role. Full time 7 am - 3 pm.

Salary: Up to £25,000 depending on experience.

We're working with an award-winning, innovative financial services firm in Bristol who are looking for a Dealing Administration Associate to join their friendly team.

The Role

You'll be part of the team that keeps investment activity running seamlessly. You'll work across trading, settlements, and general investment administration, ensuring everything runs smoothly and accurately for our clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's numerate, analytical and thrives on detail. You might be a graduate ready to start your career in financial services, or already have experience in an office or operations role with strong Excel skills.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Preparing and uploading daily dealing files
  • Processing trades, fund switches and portfolio rebalances
  • Checking and reconciling daily control reports
  • Setting up new fund manager accounts and processing settlements and dividends
  • Supporting process improvements and helping the team run efficiently
