The role leads the reporting function with a focus on lease and impairment accounting across a growing property portfolio.

This high-visibility position is offered on a 12-month FTC with potential for permanent opportunities as the business expands.

Qualifikationen

• Strong IFRS technical knowledge, with hands on experience with IFRS 16 in an industry setting.
• Experience leading teams, creating a high-performance environment and mentoring to develop careers.
• Ability to partner senior leadership and present to executives as required.
• Drive transformation across technical accounting practices, month end and process improvement.
• Knowledge of lease accounting, impairment, divestment and other IFRS 16 related matters.

• Lead the ongoing development of the reporting function.
• Focus on lease and impairment accounting across a growing property portfolio, including new sites and divestments.
• Operate in a high-visibility role, challenging the status quo and adding value from day one.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and present findings when required.
• Support the transition from 12-month FTC to permanent opportunities as the business grows.

The Senior Financial Reporting Manager position is a high visibility and influential post, where you will lead the continuous development of the reporting function, with a specific focus on lease and impairment accounting across a growing property portfolio both for new sites and divestments.

This Senior Financial Reporting Manager / Financial Controller position is high visibility, will allow you to challenge the status quo and truly add value across a company going through growth and transformation and making a name for yourself from day one.

This role will initially be offered on a 12 month FTC, with the potential for permanent opportunities across the business following the initial period.
