Job summary

BDO UK LLP in the United Kingdom is seeking a Manager to join our Financial Reporting team within Business Services and Outsourcing (BSO). You’ll take ownership of day-to-day client assignments, agree fees, manage billing and cash collection, and plan resources and timescales.

You’ll lead a portfolio of clients, supervise a team, and strengthen relationships with colleagues and clients across the firm, delivering timely, quality financial reporting and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102, including consolidations.
• ACCA/ACA Qualified or equivalent.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office especially Excel.
• Experience of Caseware preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of IFRS preferred but not essential.
• Experience of managing a portfolio of client assignments.
• Experience of managing a team and the delivery of assignments.
• Experience of identifying and developing new business leads.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102, including consolidations.


• ACCA/ACA Qualified or equivalent.


• Proficient at Microsoft Office especially Excel.


• Experience of Caseware preferred but not essential.


• Knowledge of IFRS preferred but not essential.


• Experience of managing a portfolio of client assignments.


• Experience of a managing a team and the delivery of assignments.


• Experience of identifying and developing new business leads.
