A leading logistics company based in Northampton is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting. This full-time role includes leading financial reporting functions, streamlining legacy processes, and building a high-performing team. You will require expertise in financial reporting, strong people management skills, and technical proficiency in Oracle and financial standards. Join us as Director of Financial Reporting and take charge of integration, streamlining legacy processes, and building a future‑ready reporting function powered by AI and efficiency. You will lead the integration and process of financial reporting, streamlining legacy systems and building a robust reporting function for internal and external stakeholders. Based at our Head Office in Northampton office on a hybrid basis (3 days onsite) with occasional travel to other sites. This is a unique opportunity to drive optimisation, process improvement, and transformation while coaching and building a high‑performing team. This is a full‑time permanent position. You'll be working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!
