A leading supply chain solutions provider in Northampton is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting to lead the integration and streamlining of financial processes. You will lead the integration and process of financial reporting, streamlining legacy systems and building a robust reporting function for internal and external stakeholders. Based at our Head Office in Northampton office on a hybrid basis (3 days onsite) with occasional travel to other sites. This is a unique opportunity to drive optimisation, process improvement, and transformation while coaching and building a high‑performing team.
This is a full‑time permanent position. You'll be working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!
We're looking to offer a salary of up to£122,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
