Job summary

Hydrogen Group, a leading international recruitment firm, is assisting a London-based financial regulatory practice in sourcing an associate with 1-4 PQE. The role focuses on regulatory matters across banks, asset managers, funds and fintechs, including MiFID, CRR/CRD, AIFMD and IFPR.

You will deliver clear written advice and work on cross-border projects with meaningful client contact. The role offers ownership of matters as experience grows and opportunities to influence regulatory strategy in

Qualifications

• 1-4 years' PQE in financial services regulation.
• Experience across banking/investment firm regulation, funds and asset management, payments, fintech or digital assets.
• Familiarity with MiFID, CRR/CRD, AIFMD and/or IFPR.
• Experience producing clear written advice and reviewing related policies, procedures and contractual documentation.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on technical regulatory questions and provide concise, practical guidance.
• Translate complex rules into commercially workable solutions for banks, funds and fintech clients.
• Engage in client contact and take ownership of matters as experience develops.
