A leading global insurer in Greater London seeks a Finance Process Engineer to improve financial workflows and processes. The candidate will analyze current processes, design optimized solutions, and collaborate with various departments including Finance and IT. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree, experience in process engineering in the insurance sector, and strong analytical skills. This role requires excellent communication abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.

As Finance Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, documenting, and analysing current state processes. Additionally, you will be recommending, designing and implementing efficient end‑to‑end processes to enhance our Finance operational effectiveness. You will collaborate with various Finance departments to identify prioritized areas for improvement and develop holistic process solutions that align with our strategic goals and efficiency objectives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional collaboration and communication skills, strong technical proficiencies in Finance, and solid project management skills. You will report to the Head of Finance Transformation.
