A leading financial services firm in London seeks an experienced professional to lead coaching programmes for Financial Planners. The role involves designing effective frameworks and delivering coaching to ensure high-quality client engagement. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years in client-facing roles with significant coaching or sales leadership experience. We are seeking a talented individual to join us in a newly created role which will report into the Head of Financial Planning Advice. Based out of our London office you will lead the strategic development and delivery of coaching programmes that elevate the performance of Financial Planners in relation to revenue growth across the organisation.
This role will drive behavioural change embed best practices and ensure consistent high‑quality client engagement aligned with regulatory standards and commercial goals.
