Investigo is recruiting a Commercial FP&A Manager to support Operations across the Central Bedfordshire Business Units. You will lead a small team in budgeting, forecasting and business partnering to drive profitability and future planning.

As a result of positive succession planning my successful mid-sized client is hiring a Commercial FP&A Manager to support the Operations across the Central Bedfordshire Business Units.

Whilst reporting into the Head of Financial Planning and working closely with the Financial Director and Operational Heads, you will manage and develop a small team focussing on short and long term Financial Planning, Budgeting and Business Partnering to drive profitability, overall business performance and future planning.

There is a large degree of freedom in the role making the perfect role for an individual looking to make an impact.

Key Accountabilities include:

• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Return on Investment Appraisal through financial Modelling and analysis
• Challenging the status quo offering up and executing ideas and efficiencies to drive profitability
• Opex, Capex and Income Analysis
• Excel Modelling and development of Software to drive business performance

The ideal candidate will be a post Qualified commercial Accountant with a genuine interest in getting the best from Data, creating Financial Models and use of Power BI or similar tools.

Prior exposure to developing a model from a blank sheet of paper would be highly desirable.

You will Have the necessary communication skills to build relationships and influence across the business.
