Job summary

Modulaire Group is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to enhance reporting during a transformative period. The role is hybrid with an office in Holborn, London, reporting to the Group Director of FP&A and Insights.

You will lead groupwide reporting initiatives, oversee SOX requirements, and prepare investor-facing materials, while mentoring a junior analyst in a fast-paced, multi-region setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering robust group reporting for large, international businesses.
• Proven track record in reporting transformation, automation or redesign.
• Experience supporting investor relations or lender reporting in PE or listed environments.
• Ability to work across multiple regions and cultures with senior stakeholders.
• Strong background in financial and operational performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Describe, monitor and measure Group financial and operational performance.
• Produce Monthly Operating Review materials with commentary, KPIs and risks & opportunities.
• Coordinate management reporting across regions and functions, using HFM where needed.
• Fulfil SOX reporting requirements and other internal/external analyses.
• Lead new insights that drive business performance forward.
• Create materials and narratives for quarterly Investor Relations presentations.
• Deliver Investor reporting and maintain consistent equity/debt narratives.
• Prepare Q&A, sensitivities and supporting analysis for the CFO ahead of engagement.

Modulaire are currently looking for an experienced FP&A Manager on a 12mth Fixed Term contract to providing reporting capability during an exciting phase of transformation. The role is offered as hybrid working with an office based in Holborn, London.

About The Role:

The Group FP&A function provides critical support to the CFO and wider business by transforming the way we report, plan, add insights, and understanding business performance. The function is agile, customer focused and supporting the diverse needs of the shareholder, Group Executive, Group functions and the Operating Regions that each vary in complexity.

As Performance Reporting Manager you have a critical and high-profile role in the Finance function at Modulaire Group, reporting to the Group Director of FP&A and Insights.

• Describing, monitoring and measuring Group financial and operational performance.
• Production of Monthly Operating Review materials, including flash financials, commentary, KPIs and risks & opportunities.
• Coordinate management reporting requirements across regions and functions, with strong working knowledge of the Group consolidation system (HFM).
• Fulfil SOX management reporting requirements and other ad hoc internal / external reporting and analysis
• Lead new insight that drives the business performance forward.
• Creation of materials and storyline for quarterly Investor Relations presentations and results communications.
• Deliver Investor reporting requirements, ensuring a consistent equity and debt investor narrative.
• Prepare Q&A, sensitivities and supporting analysis for the CFO ahead of investor and lender engagement.
• Line management responsibility for an analyst (qualified accountant).

What You Bring:

• Exposure to international businesses of scale and complexity.
• Working in p/e environment
• Exceptional background in business reporting, having developed and improved outcomes
• Experience supporting investor relations, shareholder or lender reporting in a PE or listed environment.
• Track record of delivering reporting transformation — automation, system implementation or process redesign.
• Experience implementing FP&A point or enterprise solutions is desirable
• Working with multiple and differing cultures to get the job done.
• Producing high-quality output for senior stakeholders in a succinct and convincing manner.
