A global asset manager based in London is seeking a leader to manage a reporting and analytics team. This role involves providing key performance data to support senior decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have proven people leadership skills and a strong ability to communicate complex analytical insights clearly. Join this dynamic organization for a 12-month contract that aims to deliver meaningful impact across various financial domains.
Leading a team of 17 across Sydney, Gurugram, and Mumbai, you will be responsible for reporting and analytics to support senior stakeholders across the business, informing the strategic decisions of the CFO, Group Head and Executive Committee of Macquarie Asset Management, and contributing to investor representations given by the CEO and CFO of the wider Macquarie Group.
You will provide performance data, help drive the delivery of objectives and key results, and use analytics to support business decisions and performance, utilising excellent communication skills to concisely distil complex problems into succinct messages.
You will also be tasked with fostering a high-performance team culture, displaying exceptional people leadership skills and collaborating with business leaders regarding anticipated and emerging opportunities.
Please note this is a contract position lasting 12 months.
