Job summary

Eurocell PLC is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to drive financial insight across the Group. The role focuses on consolidating management accounts, supporting budgets/forecasts, and delivering robust reporting for the Board and Exec Committee.

Based at the Head Office in South Normanton with hybrid working, this role requires advanced Excel skills and ERP experience to deliver accurate planning and analysis for the business.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional accounting qualification – CIMA, ACA, or ACCA.
• Strong internal stakeholder management experience, up to C‑Suite level.
• Experience preparing consolidated Group budgets and forecasts.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical abilities.
• ERP / IFS / IQ implementation experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate management accounts for the Eurocell Group and provide insights.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to inform budgets and forecasts.
• Support reporting and analysis for Board and Exec Committee.
• Consolidate budgets and prepare budget analysis and supporting information.
• Assist monthly forecasting and ad-hoc internal reporting.
• Implement processes aligned with Group Accounting Policy compliance and continuous improvement.
• Provide analytical reviews of P&L and balance sheets.
• Review and sign off month-end inter-company balances.

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Hours: 37.5 per week. Salary: c£50,000 dependent upon skills and experience plus excellent benefits. Base: Hybrid role – primarily at the Head Office and Distribution Centre, South Normanton, with one day of work from home.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate management accounts for the Eurocell Group, providing insight and analysis.

• Support with the preparation of reporting and analysis for Board and Exec Committee.
• Consolidate Eurocell Group budgets and prepare budget analysis and supporting information.

• Implement processes and governance aligned with Group Accounting Policy compliance, with a continuous improvement focus.
• Provide analytical reviews of P&L and balance sheets.
• Review and sign off month‑end inter‑company balances.

Qualifications

• Confidence to challenge and probe to drive advanced insight output.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.
• Previous experience within the manufacturing sector is an advantage.
• Experience of ERP / IFS / IQ implementation is a distinct advantage.
