We provide a dynamic work environment full of opportunity, one where both individual and team initiative and contribution is encouraged, so that together we can deliver better outcomes for our clients over the long term.

At Titan Wealth, we're looking for a Client Support Administrator to join our growing team in Meriden. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, building strong relationships, and playing a key role in delivering exceptional support to advisers and clients alike.

About the Role

You will join a close-knit and supportive team environment where collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Initially, you will work within a pod structure alongside other Client Support professionals and advisers, providing high-quality administrative support and contributing to an outstanding client experience.

As the business continues to evolve, there is the opportunity for the role to develop further, with greater ownership and responsibility supporting a dedicated group of advisers.

Key Responsibilities
Adviser & Client Support
  • Prepare client review packs and valuation reports.
  • Ensure client and policy information is accurate and up to date within back-office systems.
  • Gather and maintain information from product providers.
  • Update client plans, contributions, withdrawals and transfer information.
  • Produce client correspondence and reports as required.
  • Create and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Support advisers with meeting preparation and follow-up activity.
Administration & New Business Processing
  • Process new business applications efficiently and accurately.
  • Liaise regularly with product providers regarding client cases.
  • Monitor outstanding requirements and proactively chase information.
  • Prepare cases for submission and ensure all required documentation is complete.
  • Assist with plan information validation and reconciliation activities.
  • Manage day-to-day client and provider enquiries via telephone and email.
Client Service & Compliance
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
  • Ensure agreed client service standards are met.
  • Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
  • Support Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Consumer Duty requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and client outcomes.
