About the team

At Cooper Parry Wealth we’re a mould‑breaking, bold decision‑making, award‑taking team. The wealth management industry loves talking about the latest products that will make people rich. But we’ve flipped the traditional model on its head. We realised it’s broken and ineffective.

Our Client Services team is on a rocket ship with rapid business growth and the ongoing progression of our talented team; this is your chance to be a part of it by joining one of the most successful financial planning firms in the UK. If you’re bold, curious and ready to build a career with endless opportunities, now’s your moment.

About the day to day

As a Client Services Associate you’ll be at the heart of a fast‑growing high‑performing team that’s redefining what best‑in‑class service looks like.

In this role you’ll be a key player supporting Paraplanners, Relationship Managers and the wider team, making a real impact every day. Expect variety, challenge and the chance to grow your career in a business that’s scaling fast.

  • Managing and administering clients’ assets and implementing new advice
  • Owning client data, keeping it accurate, up‑to‑date and ready to deliver an exceptional service
  • Communicating with clients regularly, including supporting meetings
  • Leading the onboarding of new clients and servicing existing ones
  • Preparing, coordinating and following up on client meetings; owning the actions and driving outcomes
  • Delivering outstanding internal support and an unforgettable client experience

Why this role is different: You won’t just be supporting the team—you’ll be growing with it. With access to a wealth of knowledge from our talented people, you’ll be surrounded by individuals who want to see you succeed. You’ll continuously strive to keep learning whether you’re a trainee or a Partner and you’ll be brave stepping out of your comfort zone to tackle new challenges. Above all, be nice. A simple notion but an irreplaceable part of what makes CP CP.

In addition to those core values, as a Financial Planning Assistant / Client Services Assistant you will know this is an important role that sits in the heart of our team. To really pull it off you need to:

  • A passion for financial planning with proven experience working in administration for a Financial Planning firm or a similar Financial Services industry
  • Be working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (desirable)
  • Ability to listen and ask great questions
  • Effective communication and ability to build strong relationships that create trust, open dialogue and give and accept feedback
  • Client‑centric, always prioritising the needs and satisfaction of the client
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and address them without being prompted
  • Solution‑based outlook to come up with ways to progress and resolve client requests
  • Work well with internal teams to meet client expectations and build strong internal bonds
  • Quickly adjust to changes in client requirements or internal processes
