A leading wealth management firm in London is seeking a Practice Development Manager to enhance the commercial success of Financial Planners. You will develop and deliver coaching programmes to boost adviser performance and client engagement. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in financial services, exceptional communication skills, and experience in coaching. To support continued growth, they are seeking a Practice Development Manager - Financial Planning, reporting directly to the Head of Financial Planning Advice. This role is pivotal in driving adviser productivity, revenue growth and behavioural excellence across the financial planning population.
This is not a T&C role. It is a commercially focused position centred on Adviser development, growth enablement and performance improvement.
About the Role
You will lead the strategic development and delivery of coaching programmes that strengthen the capability, confidence and commercial acumen of Financial Planners. The role combines hands‑on coaching, strategic leadership and performance analysis, with the aim of elevating standards of client engagement and driving consistent revenue growth across the business.
Based in London with hybrid working, you will work closely with Regional Leaders, Financial Planners and cross‑functional teams to embed best practice and create a high‑performance, client‑centric culture.
