Overview

This exciting, employed, remote based Independent Financial Planner job is the full package! The business will provide you with leads, existing clients and full back office support!

This proposition is well suited to proactive Financial Planner who enjoy building great relationships with new and existing clients.

You will be given a healthy portfolio of existing clients with aim to retain, service and grow this further. They have a wide range of clients, with most being Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Professional or Retail Clients and some corporate clients.

Plus, you will receive up to 8 pre-qualified leads per month, enabling you to grow your client bank even further.

You should focus on conducting in-depth reviews to understand your client\'s current and future financial goals and objectives, and with the support of their back office team formulate appropriate financial strategies. You will be advising on clients\' pensions, savings, investments and other financial needs.

This is a home-based role with remote working, including telephone / video interaction with clients. Although, you should aim to meet clients in-person as well, as this works well to deepen relationships and opportunity to develop referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Retain, service and grow a portfolio of existing clients.
  • Leverage up to 8 pre-qualified leads per month to expand client bank.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, including in-person meetings when possible to deepen relationships and referrals.
Qualifications
  • Hold full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in converting lead opportunities.
  • Proven track record of retaining excellent ongoing relationships, ideally from acquired clients or taking over servicing from another Advisor.
  • Client-centric approach and dedication to doing the right thing for clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, approachability, professionalism and good IT skills.
Financial Planner Support

Our client ensures their Financial Planner has comprehensive support in place to enable them to thrive. You will receive end-to-end in-house support from their admin and paraplanning teams. Plus, an ongoing learning and development culture that encourages and supports professional development. In addition, an in-house marketing team who have a consultative approach.
