The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Planner, providing comprehensive financial planning and corporate advice. Overview

The established financial planning arm of a national accountancy practice are looking at succession planning by recruiting an Adviser to join their team. Working with a long tenured Senior Adviser, they will transition their client book to you over an agreed time frame. With clients broadly in the £500k to £5m range, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a prestigious firm on an established client book.

Role
  • Working closely with the Senior Planner to transition the portfolio across to you.
  • Attending meetings to discuss how you will work with the clients and providing holistic financial planning.
  • Demonstrating a full understanding of more complex matters such as SIPP, SSAS, VCT, EIS, SIPP, SSAS and IHT.
  • Managing portfolios broadly in the £500k to £5m space.
  • Understanding the needs of clients who are mainly business and entrepreneurs, but not exclusively so.
  • Undertaking corporate advice as required.
  • Collaborating with the other financial planners, paraplanners and accountants to facilitate business opportunities and to further grow your portfolio.
