We are working with a well-established, boutique IFA firm based in Hertford, who are looking to appoint an Independent Financial Adviser. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but supportive environment to progress your career.

About the Firm

A close-knit team of four in the Hertford office, working collaboratively where every client is treated as the firm's client rather than belonging to one adviser. The existing team includes two highly experienced IFAs, a Paraplanner (progressed from apprentice), and an Administrator. A mature and supportive environment where flexibility, care for clients, and teamwork are central.

• Work closely with Advisers to support and gradually take on your own clients.
• Writing high-quality financial planning reports and ensuring clients receive the best ongoing service.
