Qualifikationen

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning and regulated advice across pensions, investments, protection, and inheritance tax (IHT) planning.
• Conduct detailed fact‑finding meetings, cashflow modelling, and suitability assessments.
• Create and present tailored financial plans aligned with clients' objectives and risk profiles.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
• Ensure all advice meets regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
• Work closely with paraplanners to produce accurate research and suitability reports.
• Stay up to date with legislative changes, market developments, and industry best practice.

Candidate Profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).
• Previous adviser experience within a financial planning or IFA environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
