Benchmark Financial Planning in Brighton is seeking a Chartered Financial Planner to join our Advice - Employed team. You will deliver holistic planning across investments, pensions, protection, tax, and estate planning, while developing new business through referrals and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Chartered Financial Planner status (CII or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ regulated advisory experience, typically 10+ at this level.
• Evidence of successful business development through professional networks.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax, and estate planning.
• Confidence dealing with high-net-worth clients.
• Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced advisers.
• Strong working knowledge of financial planning systems and tools.
