• Proven track record as a client-facing Financial Planner - essential
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent - essential
• Practical experience using cash-flow modelling software for lifestyle planning - essential
• Strong relationship-building skills to manage a smooth succession handover - essential
• Valid SPS (Statement of Professional Standing) - essential
