Job summary

EY in London is seeking a Manager to lead Financial Due Diligence engagements for Financial Services clients. You will manage multi-project workstreams, deliver high quality analyses and client-ready outputs, and provide commercially grounded recommendations to senior stakeholders.

You'll collaborate across Strategy and Transactions, Tax and Valuations, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services or a related advisory environment.
• Financial Services sector experience, ideally within Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance or Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day execution of financial due diligence projects
• Manage project plans, deliverables and timelines across multiple engagements
• Analyse financial and operational information to identify key findings, risks and opportunities
• Prepare and review high quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations and stakeholder discussions
• Support clients in understanding transaction implications and provide commercially focused recommendations
• Build strong working relationships with clients and become a trusted point of contact throughout engagements
• Collaborate with colleagues across Strategy and Transactions, Tax, Valuations and other service lines
• Coach and develop junior team members, providing regular feedback and on the job support
• Contribute to business development initiatives, client relationships and recruitment activities
