Job summary

Marks Sattin is recruiting a strategic finance lead to head the financial function for a major growth area. Based in the UK, you will partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, manage planning, and deliver board-ready papers.

You will drive governance, modelling and performance across complex projects and JV structures, building a high-performing team and embedding transformation and continuous improvement across the function.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Senior finance leadership experience in capital-heavy environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with influence on senior stakeholders.
• Advanced financial modelling and strategic planning.
• Experience advising on joint ventures, investments or large-scale developments.
• Proven track record of change and transformation.
• Collaborative, forward-thinking mindset in fast-paced settings.
• Strong leadership with team-building experience.

What We're Looking For

• Advanced financial modelling and strategic planning capabilities

• Track record of driving change, process improvement and transformation
