Job summary

What will you get up to?

• Lead the finance function and give it the clear, proactive leadership it needs
• Take ownership of cash flow and forecasting, including planning around the critical festive period
• Build reporting that gives the CEO and board real-time visibility of performance
• Model the financial case for licensing, franchise and potential international growth
• Set and track the KPIs that drive performance and bonus across the business
• Review site-level performance, challenging and supporting venue leaders
• Embed strong controls and financial discipline as the business scales
• Develop and coach the finance team, raising capability and accountability
