Our team in the Commercial Real Estate & Infrastructure Fund Management Controlling Group is looking for a Financial Controller - Loan Asset Management (CRE) to join either London or Paris. We are a market leader in CRE debt with over $24bn AuMs in Europe and the US. We seek a dynamic, rigorous, and motivated team player with experience in real estate debt, such as in a loan servicer, bank, or debt fund.
The role focuses on Loan Asset Management of loans across Europe, covering various asset classes and risk profiles, from origination to repayment, including restructuring and refinancing.
You will collaborate with the fund management team, internal risk and client teams, and external partners such as banks and legal advisors. The role involves supporting system upgrades and process improvements.
