This is an ideal opportunity for someone commercially minded, detail‑oriented, and eager to play a pivotal role in shaping a modern, growing law firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L statements, and cashflow forecasts; present findings to the Board.
  • Manage and review the work of the Finance Assistant.
  • Ensure compliance with SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) standards.
  • Lead on VAT returns, audits, and year‑end reporting.
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Implement and enhance financial systems and workflows for greater efficiency.
About You
  • ACA part‑qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven senior‑level finance experience (law firm background preferred but not essential).
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver meaningful financial insights.
  • High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
