With the current FD approaching retirement, the company is seeking a dynamic Financial Controller who can not only lead the finance function today but also grow into the Finance Director and No.1 on site, guiding the business through its next phase of expansion.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with a highly experienced, supportive, and commercially astute Finance Director who is committed to mentoring and developing their successor. You’ll gain direct exposure to board‑level decision making, strategic projects, and long‑term planning from day one—ensuring a smooth, confident transition into the FD seat.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing the finance team, ensuring high‑quality financial reporting and robust controls
• Business partnering with senior leadership to drive performance, growth, and profitability
• Supporting long‑term financial strategy, forecasting, planning, and investment decisions
• Owning month‑end, year‑end, budgeting, and statutory compliance
• Playing a key role in operational and commercial decision‑making

• A fully qualified finance professional (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
