An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller to support the CFO and lead financial operations for REEBOK EUROPE.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced financial controller.

The role is based in Watford.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Lead preparation of management accounts, consolidated reports, and financial statements.
• Manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and provide strategic financial insight.
• Oversee tax compliance, statutory reporting, and external audits.
• Drive cash flow, treasury, and FX risk management.
• Implement strong financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with senior management to support commercial and strategic decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Oversee ERP and financial systems, driving process improvements and efficiency.

Person Specification:

• Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA.
