Working closely with the leadership team, you'll take full responsibility for financial operations, driving efficiency, improving performance, and contributing to key strategic decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with directors and senior stakeholders to review financial results, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to optimise performance.
  • Lead all areas of financial management including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Produce accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts for senior management review.
  • Oversee cash flow and working capital, providing clear financial insight to support long‑term business goals.
  • Maintain robust financial controls, ensuring smooth preparation for both internal and external audits.
  • Manage statutory reporting requirements including VAT, corporation tax, and other compliance‑related filings.
