As the Financial Controller at this prestigious property, you'll be a key member of the senior management team, overseeing all aspects of finance and supporting the General Manager in driving business performance. Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the hotel's annual budget process alongside the General Manager

  • Monitor and control costs, auditing financial procedures and training management teams

  • Produce monthly capex and period-end reports

  • Manage payroll, accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and ledger control

  • Oversee the purchase ledger and ensure timely supplier payments

  • Forecast business performance accurately and consistently

  • Line manage and develop the finance team

  • Provide coaching and mentorship across the management structure
