Working exclusively with a multi-site services organisation on a buy and build growth strategy to recruit a Financial Controller.

This services organisation is cash rich, ahead of their ebitda expectations and are looking to double in size within the next 2-3 years via acquisition.

Having already acquired numerous firms in their sector, they are now recruiting for a Group Financial Controller (hybrid role) based in Kettering.

As Financial Controller reporting to the CFO based in Kettering (hybrid) you will:

• Manage 11 people
• Support with all AR/AP/Tax/Audit & Month end duties
• Help to integrate legacy systems
• Be heavily involved in a future ERP integration - netsuite
• Own integrating future acquisitions
• Grow and build a finance function able to deal with fast growth
