Financial Controller Permanent Hybrid £75,000-£95,000 per annum plus bonus Based in Hatfield

Role details

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic finance team, where you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial operations and guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. Responsibilities of the Financial Controller
  • Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies for the business.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements relating to finance.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
  • Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
