My client are a high growth manufacturing business based in North Cheltenham. They are recruiting this role on a permanent basis to help support their growth plans over the next few years and this role will be pivotal in helping to achieve the goals they have set.

Responsibilities

• As the first Financial Controller within a busy environment, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations.
• Drive financial planning, analysis and decision making to ensure the company’s continued growth and success.
• Manage all aspects of stock and cashflow forecasting, including analysis and support for cash management.
• Produce monthly management accounts including commentary on performance.
• Complete monthly VAT returns.
• Business partnering with various key stakeholders across the organisation.
• Lead on budgeting and forecasting, audit and year end.

Qualifications

• This role will suit a qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA candidate who has previous experience in the manufacturing sector.

Salary

The salary is paying up to £75,000 dependant on experience.
