A charity organization in the UK seeks a qualified Financial Controller to oversee financial systems and provide advice to the Board. The role includes producing compliant accounts, budget management, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in the charity sector, particularly in producing accounts per Charities SORP, and ensuring legal compliance. This part-time, permanent position allows for remote work with occasional office visits to London. Competitive salary offered.
Basic Salary £55,000 (Full time equivalent)
Permanent Role, Part Time (c25 hours per week)
Remote Working model: occasional visits to prestigious London Offices and board meetings
The Financial Controller will ensure the smooth delivery of robust and compliant financial systems to support the activities of the organisation. They will also be responsible for providing sound accounting and financial advice and support to the Charity Trustees and Secretariat whilst ensuring legal compliance in respect to financial reporting, contracts and policies.
